This is an imaginative exploration of a whole handful of the seven deadlies, with pride run amok. Well crafted, erudite, engaging. The characters are so well exposed that you come to know them and wish you didn't. Absolutely perfect for one of my friends who loaned me her copy of the book previously. Condition is perfect. I can't wait to see her face when I give it to her.
One of the best books I've ever read. I love a good tale of revenge that is expertly planned and effortlessly accomplished. It reads as high camp. The perfect, by-the-pool page turner. As soon as I finished reading it, I bought a dozen copies to give to my friends.
I have yet to hear a bad review from them. This book has no redeeming qualities whatsoever, but it's so much fun you won't care. The rise of a woman who was once taken advantage of. Wonderful to see her success! Go to Amazon. Back to top. Get to Know Us. Shopbop Designer Fashion Brands.
